These type of agreements establish a pre-qualified list of vendors and simplify the purchasing process for the end user, by utilizing fair and reasonable pricing for the function to be provided.

IT Management Corporation provides IT consulting services under the California IT MSA. The IT Consulting Master Services Agreement provides professional consultant services with the intent to expedite the process used to obtain IT consulting services. The state of California makes this MSA available to state and local government agencies.

technology-biddingThe PEPPM (Pennsylvania Education Purchasing Program for Microcomputers) Contract is a national technology bidding and purchasing program for schools, agencies and libraries PEPPM is designed to reduce the time and effort between the decision to buy and the receipt of the products. By centralizing the bid process, time and money are saved by schools and agencies not having to conduct their own bids. By enabling online shopping and ordering with Epylon and tall free fax for paper purchase orders, time and money are saved on the procurement process. And by providing dynamic competitive pricing achieved by leveraging national volumes, money is also saved on the prices. PEPPM has been in existence since 1982 and over $2 Billion in purchases have been made through the program.

All State, Local, County, Municipality, Higher Education, K-12, Private Schools, and other customers across all 50 States are encouraged to cooperatively purchase through this contract.
